Quigley Named ACCAC Player of the Week

CHANDLER - Sophomore Guard Kristen Quigley was named ACCAC Player of the Week for the Week of November 18th.  During that week, the women's basketball team played four games and finished 2-2 during that stretch, including a conference road win against South Mountain.  

In a home loss versus North Idaho on November 18th, Quigley scored 21 points, going 6 for 12 from the field, three for four from beyond the arch, and snatched 6 rebounds.  Against South Mountain on Tuesday, she scored 20 points, grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds and tallied four assists.

The week culminated with a road trip to Arizona Western College's Thanksgiving Classic.  The Coyotes finished 1-1 for the weekend, losing their first game to Snow College 42-58 and winning their second 86-80 to Anoka-Ramsey Community College.  For the two games, Quigley scored 35 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, credited for 12 assists, and had nine steals.

For the week, Quigley was perfect from the line shooting 14-14.

Next up for the Coyotes is a road trip to Glendale as they continue ACCAC play before hosting Eastern Arizona Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Coyote Center.
