The Lady Monsters battled it out against Chandler-Gilbert at home on Tuesday, September 5th.
"We are proud of the girls," says the coaching staff "They were down 0-1 in the first half but they rallied and came back to score 6 goals in the second half!"
Emma Lindsey scored at 51 minutes.
Celiane Pereira scored at 58 minutes with an assist from Maddie Haslam.
Samantha Madrid scored off a corner kick at 74 minutes with an assist from Maddie Haslam.
Emma Lindsey scored again at 80 minutes giving her a brace with assists from Maddie Haslam and Celiane Pereira.
Kara Camp used her speed to score a brace in the 82nd and 84th minutes both with assists from Emma Lindsey.
The Lady Monsters are on the road Saturday, September 9th to battle Mesa Community College. Go Monsters!
