Chandler, AZ-- The CGCC women’s golf team participated in their third Fall tournament on November 14th & 15th at Dobson Ranch Golf Course! This marks the first time in team history the Women's Golf program has participated in three different events during the Fall season. The strong showing from the Lady Coyotes included Kaylin Johnson placed 2nd shooting (79/74), Olivia Renteria placing 9th (86/80), and improving freshman Trysten Howard placing 16th shooting 100/90.
The Coyote Women's Golf program is on the rise and is optimistic about a strong season this Spring. They hope to place another golfer in the NJCAA National Tournament after Sophie Coleman was able to gain a birth last year and represented CGCC amongst the top Junior College Golfers in the country.
