Women's Golf Hosts Home Tournament

Queen Creek, AZ-- The CGCC Women's Golf team hosted their "home" matches over the weekend at Las Colinas Golf Course, the home away from home for Coyote golf and Kaylin Johnson fired rounds of 73/77 to place 5th overall in the Coyotes second to last conference tournament of the season. Olivia Renteria closed with a solid round of 78 putting her in a strong position for the regional championship in April. Trysten Howard continues her steady improvement from high school to collegiate golfer with a final round 90. In the team competition South Mountain knocked Mesa off the victory stand for the first time this season.
