Chandler, AZ-- The CGCC Women's Basketball team got back to their winning ways with an 83-59 win over the Park University Reserve team on Friday night. The team lost their last three contests at the Midland College tournament over Veterans Day Weekend and certainly took advantage of some home cooking and were able to secure the win.

Mya Johnson lead all Coyote scorers with 15 points including three 3-pointers. Aylin Garcia-Ramirez was a spark off the bench getting in transition well for 13 points and Siarra Beck was a force down low on the block collecting 11 points.

The Coyotes have a few days off before they begin conference play with Central Arizona College on Tuesday night on the road. Go Yotes!
