Chandler, AZ-- The CGCC Coyote baseball team has earned the number two seed at the Region 1 Baseball tournament and will be hosting the Paradise Valley College Pumas this weekend in the first round of the postseason.
The Coyotes finished the season with a record of 31-24 behind strong pitching and sneaky athleticsim. The Coyotes lead the league in stolen bases and have a combined ERA of 4.23. They have earned the right to host a playoff game! The best 2 out of 3 series begins Thursday afternoon at 3 PM from the CGCC Baseball field. Game two is Friday at 3 PM and Game 3 (if necessary) will be at 12 PM on Saturday. Admission will cost $5 and tickets can be purchased online or through the QR code at the field.
