Bridget Kruck Elevated in Softball Position

Chandler, AZ-- Head Softball Coach Bry Norris has elevated Bridget Kruck to Associate Head Coach. The move comes shortly before the Coyotes begin the 2023 season. The Coyotes were NJCAA Region 1 Runners-Up last season losing to eventual National Champions Phoenix College in the Region 1 playoff tournament. Head Coach Norris said, "Coach Kruck was such a big influence on our succesful season last year and she has been a big part of our recruiting efforts and our preperation for what we hope to be another long and succesful run this year. We are happy to elevate her to this position."

Bridget Kruck is no stranger to the ACCAC, she played for two seasons at Mesa Community College before transferring to the University of Texas at El Paso. She finished her college career at Arizona Christian University where she was an All-Conference selection as a Senior. After college, she coached at Paradise Valley College as well as a number of youth club teams throughout the valley before joining the Chandler Gilbert coaching staff. Coach Krucks life revolves around softball as she has been playing since she was five years old and although she did not intially see herself coaching, she is now truly invested in the young people she coaches.

Kruck mentioned, "I'm grateful to Coach Norris for allowing me the opportunity to take on more for our program. I know we have the potential to do great things with her leadership. I cannot wait to get on the field with our phenomenal student athletes and continue to do my part to not only teach them the sport of softball but hopefully teach them life skills that I learned through softball."
