Chandler, AZ-- The Coyote Basketball teams battled with the visiting Gila Monsters of Eastern Arizona College, resulting in a win for the Men's team and a loss for the Women's team.

The Men won by the score of 70 to 65 behind 13 points from Kahan Shoulders. The officials were certainly making their presence known throughout the game with constant whistles but the guys buckled down and did not let the refs get in the way of their win. This is the 16th win on the season for the Coyote Men's basketball team and they should be working their way back into the Top-25 National Rankings this week!

The Women's team did not have their best performance as they faced off with the 10th ranked team in the country, undefeated at 17-0 Eastern Arizona College. They lost 72-48. Both teams prepare to host South Mountain Community College on Wednesday night at home.
