Chandler, AZ-- The Coyote baseball team defeated Glendale College in their final home game of the season, 8-4 on Tuesday afternoon behind seven strong innings from Trey Peters on the mound and a well rounded offensive attack. Peters started out hot striking out the first three batters he faced; he would finish with 8 strikeouts on the afternoon in his seven innings, with zero earned runs.
Camden Plewe was an offensive spark plug for the Yotes going 3-4 with three RBI and one home run. The Yotes record moves to 29-25 as they finish their season today in Glendale. The Yotes are in the playoff hunt and todays game should decide what seed they get in the Region 1 tournament.
