The Scottsdale Community College Baseball team came up short as they went on the road to take on Chandler-Gilbert Community College. SCC raced out to a 4-run lead after the 3rd inning, but CGCC managed to tie things up in the 5th. Scottsdale and Chandler-Gilbert would both go on to score 1-run in the 6th inning, but the Coyotes would score 4 more runs in the 7th and pull away. The Artichokes would eventually fall by the final score of 9-5. Scottsdale was led by Kaleb Lewis who would finish the game going 2 for 4 with a double. Bennett Eltoft went 2 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI's. This loss puts Scottsdale at (12-3, 3-3) on the season with a home game on Friday, February 25th at 3:00 PM when they host Phoenix College.
