Chandler, Arizona-- After dropping the first game of the three game series to the visiting Paradise Valley College Pumas, the two seed Coyote baseball team battled back to win games two and three to advance themselves to the ACCAC Division II Championship series.

In game two, the Coyotes won 10-6 behind a 2-5 performance from Crew Parke. Parke also provided three RBI on the day. Andrew Yusypchuk went six strong innings to get the W on the mound.

In game three, the Yotes won a dramatic 4-3 victory after scoring all four of their runs in the first five innings. It was their tough defense and strong pitching for the second half of the game that propelled them to victory. Javi Gutierrez was 2-4 with three RBI and one run scored on the afternoon.

The Yotes baseball team now plays Phoenix College in the Championship series. Games will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday (if needed). Games will be at 3pm, 3pm and 12pm.
