Chandler, AZ-- Congrats to members of the CGCC Volleyball team who were honored for their stand out play in the 2022 season. Jada Blake and Kylie Wong were selected as first team members for the ACCAC as well as NJCAA Div. 2 Region 1 first team selections. Aspen Aldous was a ACCAC 2nd team selection and Kennedy Dastrup was named as honorable mention for the ACCAC. Kylie Wong was named as the top libero of the conference. Congrats to these young ladies on their well deserved awards.
The second ranked team in the conference, your CGCC Coyote Volleyball team, will be in postseason action this week. They face off with Glendale College at 4 PM on Thursday. The double elimination region playoff format means their next game will be determined by whether or not they win or lose. Good luck to Coach Nelson and the Volleyball team!
